Originally M/S.Goodwill Builders was carrying on the business as a proprietary concern by Mr. K. Srinivasan and it has been converted into partnership concern by its partner Mr. K. Subburaman (Brother of Mr. K.Srinivasan) and Mrs. S. Rajalakshmi (W/o Mr. K. Srinivasan). The Company is carrying on the business for the past 19 years and we are executing various projects like residential/colleges/office/commercial etc.,
The entire team led by Mr. K. Subburaman (managing partner) to reach this height has 3 vast experienced project managers with post graduate degrees in engineering, along with Civil Engineers to handle the day to day on going activities on the sites, site supervisors to make sure that we hand over the best possible product as desired by our clients.
